Springtails are small moisture-loving pests from order Collembola. They can be found in clusters in the soil or under the pot and are harmless to the plant. Springtails can be recognized by typical jumping when touched. They contribute to the decomposition of organic matter and are beneficial when found in compost.
How to treat?

Do nothing. Springtails are harmless or considered beneficial.
Let the soil dry out.
Apply ecological products for plant protection (e.g. insecticidal or horticultural soap, diatomaceous earth).

Inspect new plants for signs of an infestation. Inspect the soil.
